When I started my fitness journey, I felt completely lost. I tried it all—crash diets, sweatbands, endless cardio—and still wasn’t happy. In college, I dropped 30 pounds unintentionally while working two jobs and struggling with depression. People praised how I looked, but I didn’t feel good inside.
So I changed my approach. I stopped focusing on appearance and started chasing how I felt. The gym became my outlet, and the results became a bonus.
